Damage While in Transit

We ensure every item is packed with care, but we understand that accidents can happen during transit. If you receive an item that has been damaged during its journey to you, we’re here to help. Please reach out to us with proof of the damage, such as digital photos of the item and the carton it arrived in. Don’t forget to include your name, contact number, and order number. We’ll replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you, ensuring minimal inconvenience.

Returns and Refunds

We strive for the quality and accuracy of our products, but we understand that issues can arise. Please note, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or over-ordering. However, for faulty items, we adhere to Australian consumer protection laws, offering store credit or product replacement. Should a mechanical fault be claimed, we reserve the right to validate the claim through authorized technicians or manufacturer representatives. Faulty items should be reported and returned within 14 days of receipt for store credit or a replacement. In select cases, if you’re unsatisfied with a product within 14 days, we may consider a return or refund, provided the packaging remains intact. A minimum 15% restocking fee will apply.
